Over the last few days, our Year 7 and 8 students have been enjoying an unforgettable residential visit to Arthog Outdoor Education & Activity Centre in Wales.
Throughout the week, students stepped out of their comfort zones and embraced a wide range of exciting outdoor activities. From kayaking, canoeing and raft building to climbing, gorge walking, surfing and mountain walks, there were plenty of opportunities for adventure, teamwork and personal achievement.
The visit allowed students to develop new skills, build confidence and strengthen friendships while experiencing the beautiful Welsh countryside. Whether tackling the waves while surfing, navigating the water in kayaks and canoes, or working together to build rafts, every activity brought new challenges and memorable moments.
It has been a fantastic week for everyone involved. Students have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and have returned with a wealth of great memories, new friendships and a real sense of accomplishment.
