Henry Traynor, the Regional Expedition Coordinator from Camps International will be visiting assemblies this week.  Henry will be delivering a presentation to students for our new overseas expedition.  Following on from the success of our Peru trip in 2019, we are working with Camps International again.

Our new overseas expedition is to CAMBODIA during the summer of 2021!
Students will have the opportunity to work on a range of sustainable and meaningful community and conservation projects.  They also have the amazing experience of undertaking a 4-5 day jungle trek through the Kulen mountains.  The trip is being offered to current Year 9 students and above.  Camps International provide an authentic cultural experience for every travelling student.  The expedition also enhances students’ self-worth and appreciation of the impact one person can have on the world.

To see what can be experienced, here’s a short video https://youtu.be/E9oJJuyTMhs

All students will be given a letter at the end of their assembly which includes the costs and fundraising ideas.  If students are interested, the first step is to register interest and confirm attendance to the parents information meeting.  Please use the following link https://form.campsinternational.com/register

Please come along to the parents presentation to learn how we make it possible for everyone to achieve their fundraising targets.

If you are interested but unable to attend the meeting, please email Henry, the Regional Expedition coordinator via henry.traynor@campsinternational.co.uk

We look forward to seeing you and your son/daughter at the presentation to tell you more about this exciting opportunity.
