Thomas Adams School hosted its annual Careers Fair on Friday 13th March in the Stanier Hall. The event brought together more than 50 employers, organisations and education providers for a day of inspiration and opportunity.

Over 1,200 students from Years 7 to 13 attended the fair. They spoke directly with professionals, asked questions and explored a wide range of careers. These conversations gave students a clearer understanding of different industries and roles.

Exhibitors included the NHS, Royal Navy, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service, Wace Morgan Solicitors, Müller, Persimmon Homes, Shrewsbury Drapers, ABP, Agrii, Lanyon Bowdler and the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital. The school also welcomed local universities, colleges, and apprenticeship and training providers. Together, they offered a broad view of both academic and vocational pathways.

The Careers Fair helped students explore their options and think about their future. It gave them the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their next steps.

The school thanks all the organisations, businesses and providers who attended.
