As part of this year’s European Day of Languages, celebrated on 26 September, students were invited to take part in a creative competition to design a postcard from a European town, city or country and present it in a unique and imaginative way.

The standard of entries was exceptional, with students demonstrating creativity, cultural awareness and excellent presentation skills. From detailed designs and artistic illustrations to innovative displays and presentation formats, the entries truly impressed the judging panel.

Before the October half-term break, winners and runners-up were presented with certificates, vouchers and prizes in recognition of their fantastic achievements. Every student who took part also received house points.

This year’s competition showcased not only students’ language learning and cultural understanding, but also their creativity and enthusiasm. The quality of entries was truly outstanding, with many taking the challenge to the next level.

Congratulations to all students who took part and a special well done to our winners!
