The Shropshire School Aged Immunisation Service will be continuing the delivery of vaccinations following the PM’s announcement on the 4th January 2021 and guidance from the Director of Public Health Commissioning.
This service will be delivered on an appointment-based system within school.
You are currently able to book the following appointments:
Year 8 HPV 1 vaccinations at school on Wednesday 20th January 2021
Year 8 pupils only call today to make appointments for the 20.1.21
Please download and complete a consent form – please bring completed form to your appointment
Year 10 (missed in year 9) school leaver booster DTP/Men ACWY vaccinations at school on Thursday 21st January 2021
Please call from Monday 18th January onwards for appointments on 21.01.21
Please download and complete a consent form – please bring completed form to your appointment
Also, any parents/carers of pupils in Year 7 who missed their flu vaccinations please call the Immunisation Team to book a suitable appointment.

Please ensure you book your appointment by 4pm the day before the Team are attending the school, weekdays only please.
Please be aware that the phone lines may be very busy so please only leave only one message and a member of the Immunisation Team will return your call as soon as possible.
Once an appointment has been booked a confirmation email will be sent from the Immunisation Team to you with all the necessary information required.
