We recently held a Maths Awards Evening to celebrate students who completed a full year of extra problem-solving sessions.
Each week, students took part in a one-hour session designed to stretch their thinking and build confidence in Maths. These sessions were fully funded by Axiom Maths, who support students in developing a long-term love of the subject.
Students were recognised for their excellent attendance and dedication throughout the year. They showed clear, confident reasoning and weren’t afraid to take risks with their ideas.
At the event, students received certificates and prizes, with proud parents in the audience to help celebrate their success.
A huge congratulations to Darcie and Zach, who have been invited to a Maths Summer Camp in West Sussex. They will join over 200 students from across the country for a weekend of exciting Maths activities—thanks to Axiom’s generous funding.
The Maths problem-solving sessions will continue next year for students in Years 7 and 8.
