Tuesday was the last session of The Happiness Club!
Katie Millard has been funded by The Armed Forces Covenant Fund to come and work with our 90+ Services students on their resilience and wellbeing.
Students from Year 7 to 12 have taken part in four hour-long sessions covering the following:
- discussing how the brain works
- the benefits of gratitude and kindness
- visualisation to achieve goals
- breathing techniques to help them tackle difficult situations in the future
Well done to all our services students who participated whole-heartedly and thank you to Katie for coming in to talk to us about how to be happy!
