Year 9 Football v Concord College
Year 9’s lost 3-0 to Concord College.
Tough match which saw some mistakes, cost us some goals but the boys battled against a tough defence of Concord.
Josh Davies stepping up to play in a Year 9 game was superb. Ashley Edge player of the match by far, with an outstanding defensive performance.
Rugby
U13 Rugby v Adams Grammar
40-0 to Adams Grammar in the end.
Only conceded 2 tries in the second half, which was a massive improvement from the first. The team consisted of year 8s but a lot of year 7’s so they did amazing!
Year 9 Rugby v Shrewsbury
Tough game; conceded two early tries within 4 minutes.
We went 19-0 down but then we scored 4 tries in the second half.
From George Allison, Blake Lee, Harry Barber and Oliver Camber conversion scored by Thomas Williams but unfortunately lost 22-34
Great effort and energy, seeing as it was their second game.

U14 N. Shropshire Netball Tournament
TA A team came 2nd overall
TA v Corbet A – won 7-1
TA v Grove – lost 11-1
TA v St Martins – won 4-2
TA v Corbet B – won 9-1
TA v TA B – won 11-1
TA B team came 4th overall
TA v Corbet B – won 5-0
TA v Corbet A – lost 4-3
TA v St Martins – drew 3-3
TA v Grove – lost 11-2
TA v TA A – lost 11-1
Players of the match were Faith Dunn, Emily Paul, Naomi Thompson and Violet Morris.
Girls played some outstanding netball, they have improved massively over the season. Some really fantastic shooting took place which allowed us to win 4 out of the 5 games.
The B team also played really well with some very close games.
