Students attending a netball/football residential in June have been raising money by holding a sponsored Sport-a-thon this week.
On Monday 2nd March, 48 Year 9 and 10 students organised a full day of sporting activities. The 9.00 – 5.00 pm event saw students participate in netball, football, handball, dodgeball, rounders and an obstacle course.
Students have so far raised £1,400 and have purchased netball/football hoodies to wear on the residential. New kit and equipment will also be purchased to wear/take on the trip which takes place from 12th to 14th June 2020 at Condover Hall.
