We were delighted to welcome Severn Hospice into school on Wednesday as our Head Students presented them with a cheque for £600. The donation was raised during our Afternoon Tea event in July, a day full of fun, community spirit, and creativity.
Students were able to wear their own clothes and brought picnic blankets and food to enjoy a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere. Traditional games and activities were a highlight of the day, including space hopper races, tug of war, giant Jenga, as well as hair braiding and face painting.
The Student Council selected Severn Hospice and Nature’s Safe to each receive half of the funds raised, giving students the opportunity to support causes close to their hearts.
We are proud of our students for their initiative and generosity, and grateful to everyone who contributed to making the Afternoon Tea such a success.
