Amelia Sharples was a former pupil here at Thomas Adams and Adams College. This is an update on her success story.

I just thought I’d get in touch to let you know how I’ve got on having chosen to study art at degree level. I did a 4 year course at the University of Leeds which included a year in industry where I worked in London and for Muller in Market Drayton. I have attached a few photographs from my final year degree show last year. I’m very proud to say I was awarded a First Class Honours Degree and I was delighted that the University bought my gold sculpture which is now displayed in the entrance of the Clockworkers South building on campus. I thought you’d like to hear this update to help inspire students currently thinking of taking art at various levels. I am also pleased to say I successfully gained a graduate position with Muller having finished my degree.
