How to apply...

Thomas Adams School Admissions

As Thomas Adams School is now an academy, we determine our own admissions policy.

For admissions to Year 7, application must be made through Shropshire Council by 31 October in the academic year prior to which your child is due to start school. All applications received by this date will be considered and parents will be informed by Shropshire Council on 1 March if they have been allocated a place.

Shropshire Council produces a booklet called “Parents’ Guide to Education” each year with up-to-date information about schools and a full explanation of the admissions processes.

The booklets are available from the Admissions Team or can be accessed on the Shropshire website here.
