Army Foundation College Presentation

The Army Foundation College in Harrogate is the Army’s College of Further Education. Places at this College are highly sought after and offered to Year 11 school leavers looking for a future Career within the Army. A secured place at the college offers you the best possible start to a successful Army career. You get accommodated, catered for and paid throughout your course.

The Army Careers Centre in Shrewsbury will be hosting presentations about life at Harrogate and is offering you the opportunity to learn and ask any questions about this prestige College. The presentations will last approximately one hour and will be delivered each evening, on the dates shown overleaf. Each Presentation will commence at 1730 and refreshments will be provided.

We would like to invite all students who are thinking about a future career within the Army and those who have already applied for Harrogate, to come along to one of these presentations with their Parents/Guardians. Career Advisors / Teachers are also welcome to attend. Those interested are advised that 17 years and 5 months is the upper age limit allowed to commence training and it takes up to 6 months to complete the application process. To allow all persons to complete the application process and secure a place, applications are open to those above the age of 15 years and seven months.

Those interested in attending are requested to complete the form attached, stating the date you wish to attend and the names of those accompanying you. This form is then to be returned to the above address by post or email no later than 1 week prior to each presentation. Ensure you also add your contact number which enables us to keep you updated on, if any, last minute changes.
