The Thomas Adams School welcomed prospective students and their families to our Open Evening on Tuesday 8th October.

Student volunteers welcomed visitors and provided them with prospectuses and essential information before making their way in to the school hall.  Headteacher, Mr Mark Cooper, held two engaging talks to prospective students/families and then showcased the many extra-curricular activities, trips and events the school take part in.

Everyone then made their journey around school looking at displays and taking part in interactive opportunities in all departments. There were highlights from our upcoming school performance ‘Chicago’, hands-on science demos, laser etching, pom pom and badge making, sports displays and much more!

In the main foyer there were representatives on hand providing information in relation to transport, finances, admissions, pastoral support, boarding house and sixth form enquiries.

Thank you to our caterers, Aspens, for providing a wide range of samples for everyone to try a taste of what’s on offer at the school restaurant.

A big thank you also to our student volunteers for being tour guides, putting on displays and for giving everyone a warm welcome to Thomas Adams.

Finally, we thank everyone who attended and hope you had an enjoyable evening.
