Further Information

Year 11 and Year 13 students may leave as soon as their last exam is finished. Please ensure that exam timetables are thoroughly checked before booking flights. Students are welcome to reside at Adams House after their exams have finished in order to attend any organised activities such as prom or open days.

Year 12 students who are not returning in Year 13 may also leave after their last exam. Year 12 students continuing into Year 13 may remain in boarding until the end of term.

Year 10 and 12 Work Experience is from Monday 13th to Wednesday 22nd July. Further information will be discussed with students during their first term.

Parents are requested to adhere to holiday dates – failure to do so will seriously affect your child’s education and may result in them being withdrawn from certain subjects/examinations. Any absences outside the agreed holiday dates will be marked as ‘unauthorised’ and parents may be subject to a fine from the local authority.

We aim for all of our boarders to have an attendance record of 95% or above.
